Returns & Refund Policy

If you have received incorrect or defective items, please email us at info@avokaio.nl to resolve the issue.

If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

Once approved, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear used, opened, or not in their original condition.

Requesting a Return

Download the return form, print it, and fill it out. If you don’t have the form yet, request it via the contact form below.
Email your completed return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@avokaio.nl.
Once approved, ensure your return package is properly packed and meets all conditions.
Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outside of your package.
Use an insured and trackable shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely.
Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@avokaio.nl.

Return Conditions & Guidelines

All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Ensure all returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Use a trackable and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
Ensure your return request is approved before shipping back your order. Unapproved returns may not be processed.

Step 2: Ship your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure to use a trackable shipping service.
As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within five working days.
