Have you found an Avo-Kaio item you simply must have? Great!
Now, select a color and/or size and click "Add to Cart."
Of course, you can continue shopping. You can always return to your cart by clicking the "shopping bag icon" in the top right corner.
Please note: Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.
Ready to check out? Click the "shopping bag icon" in the top right corner to view your AvoKaio items. In the next screen, you can adjust quantities if needed.
Then, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Now you're on the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details in one step.
Important: Once you've completed your order, you won't be able to make any changes, as it will be processed immediately to ensure fast delivery.
2. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
AvoKaio covers the shipping costs. You pay zero shipping fees.*
*You will, however, need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
3. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes! We ship all items with Track & Trace. You can follow your order via the order status page. A link will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace status becomes available.
4. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
AvoKaio aims for fast product delivery. If you place your order before 3:00 PM on a business day, we strive to process it the same day.
Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which means the average delivery time is 10 - 15 business days.
5. WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL location (or Bpost for Belgian orders).
You will receive a notification from the delivery driver, which will include the pickup location details. If you do not pick up your package within 7 days, PostNL will return it to our warehouse.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.
We do our best to process orders quickly, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect address. If you think you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your Track & Trace status indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report this within 14 days after the indicated delivery date.
A formal investigation will be initiated with PostNL, and we will keep you updated throughout the process.
